Balcony Rentals

Private parties on the Pub balcony are low key and fun. To book a private party please fill in the form at the bottom. The upstairs bar and the balcony are the same space and they are rented as one unit. The actual balcony can accomodate 35 people sitting and much more standing. The interior rooms attached to the balcony can accomodate 35 people sitting.

The Balcony/upstairs bar is available for private rental most nights except Wednesdays. We limit the number of private bookings on Friday or Saturday nights to 2 per month. The fee varies depending on the night.

If you want to arrange just to bring a group, but you don't need to close the bar to our other customers, that can be arranged without a minimum or fee. A 20% gratuity will be added to all tabs that include 8 people or more.

If you plan to bring a group up during regular business hours but don't want to rent the balcony please give us the heads up the you are coming. We do not staff for groups over 10 or 15 people on a regular Saturday night and can not accommodate groups of 30 people or more without notice. If we know you are coming...even if you don't rent the balcony we can make sure that we have the staff present to accommodate you. Advance notice also insures that you don't arrive on a night that the balcony has been sold to a private group
