J'anita’s is now cooking at the Avenue 7 days a week
In April we welcomed Craig and Kimmie of J'anita's (formerly on Magazine Street) to our kitchen. They are amazing cooks and serve up some incredible food from that tiny little kitchen - J'anita's serves the best bar food in the city! Since we don't offer table service, please order food at the kitchen counter and stick around to hear you name called (and please return plates & cutlery there when done). Order from the best beer list in the State at the bar. Because we are a bar we are an over 21 establishment (and we do check).

J'anita's is in the kitchen every day starting at 11am. On weekends they stay late...sometimes until 3 am if the crowd is there! Sunday through Wednesday they usually stay until about midnight.
After hours our kitchen remains open with basic bar burgers, cheese fries and our well known mini tacos.
